What Inspires Jackie to Do This?

Standing together for a better Indiana

The most successful and promising candidate.

Jackie Bright Grubbs was born in New Albany and has always lived in Floyd County. She is the youngest of five children, and attended Holy Trinity and St. Mary’s Catholic Churches. After graduating New Albany High School, she earned a B.S. in Business Management at IUS. Her employers have always been small businesses, using her skills in finance, management and marketing.

Jackie’s conservative beliefs mean that she stands for every citizen’s Constitutional rights, and she intends to fight to reduce government interference and defend individuals’ rights and the free market.

Her desire is to champion small businesses, after seeing the recent effects by forced closure on both small businesses and churches. While joining other local citizens this year to voice concerns to the local and state governments, and seeing a lack of action, she decided to run for office to make a difference in state and local policies.

Jackie had never aspired for political office, but she has seen so many alarming developments in schools, business and individual rights, that she believes that a strong citizen’s voice for Christian values, and Constitutional liberty is what is needed, and she can bring that to the state legislature for District 72.

Learn about Jackie's vision
and the issues she’ll fight for as your State Representative:

Election Integrity
There should be a forensic audit in every state, and a return to paper ballots.
With most Indiana schools having proficiency scores of 30% or 40% in math and English, all attention needs to be given to academics. Social and political ideology do not belong in the schools; these principles should be taught in the homes. I support the Parents’ Bill of Rights, provided by the Indiana Attorney General and school choice.
Ammunition on US Constitution - The Right to Bear Arms
Second Amendment
I fully support the Second Amendment. Citizens should have the freedom to possess firearms for protection and hunting. I support Constitutional Carry.
Life begins at conception and ends with natural death. We need to protect the life and dignity of the most vulnerable, regardless of their condition or age.
Limited Government
Stop government overreach in matters of medical decisions, business practices, property rights, transportation, freedom of speech and religion, taxation, etc. Restore our rights as expressed in Constitutional Amendments.
Economy Protection
Remove the government’s artificial barriers to allow free market economy with a flowing supply chain and a competitive workforce.
